While I sympathize, I hesitate to start going down that road with ntpq, which
has always been consistent in its display units, regardless of context.  I
think the issue should be raised elsewhere, such as another bug report and/or
the newsgroup/questions list.  Do we take some columns out of the peers
billboard so we can label each column's units?
