[ntp-GSoC] Further instructions for GSoC?

Hello again,

First of all, thank you for giving me an opportunity to work for your 
organization and  to put my proposal into action. I would also like to 
congratulate all the accepted students!

Back to topic, should we wait for any further instructions for the 
project, e.g. frequency of reporting, documentation format, VCS type, et 
cetera? I am asking, because I don't want to flood you with unnecessary 
questions.
