	Microsoft appears to be solving this problem by stopping all 
future development on Outlook Express.

	Of course, they conveniently decided to wait until after they had 
largely killed the competition (Netscape Communicator, etc...), so 
that they can force people to "upgrade" to the full version of 
Outlook, which of course will probably be made to depend exclusively 
on Exchange.
