[ntp:hackers] v4.2.0 build problems on AIX 4.3.3: IPv6 related?

I just fixed a bunch of issues with IPv6 builds and whether or not
the O/S supports IPv6. Can you pull the latest BitKeeper changes and try
building again on AIX?
