Well, no.  This implies that people will not be given the choice.

By the way: there is a difference between your message and Matthias 
Urlichs'.

- with your message, when I click Reply all, I get your address in the To 
field and the list address in the CC: field.

- with Matthias' message, when I click on Reply all, I get both his 
address and the list address on the To: line.

The majority of lists I subscribe to are from Yahoo groups, also a couple 
from elists.org.  I can see that we are simply going to disagree about 
this, so I won't prolong the discussion further.
