Guys (esp Danny),

Something broke in the I/O for serial devices in ntp-dev. I fired up the
WWV audio driver which has support for a serial device to control the
radio. The open of /dev/icom in the library routine icom.c works in the
ntp-sim code, which is an older version of ntp-dev, but comes
"Interrupted system call" in ntp-dev. Strangely enough, the opens in
ntp_refclock.c seem to work and that uses the same open() call as
icom.c. What's going on?

Dave
