[ntp:hackers] poll interval with local clock?

The ACTS driver needs to increase the spacing between calls, so now the minpoll/maxpoll values are actually respected. The other drivers here do not do as you describe. I'll look into it. Meanwhile, you can set the maxpoll to 6 in the configuration file.
