[ntp:hackers] More on I/O

Freebies mort and rackety are so far as I can see identical clones 
running stock FreeBSD 5.3 and identical ntpd, both configured the same 
way for Spectracom refclocks. The mort runs okay, the rackety not. The 
latter configured only for the refclock shows a loop where the I/O 
returns a zero length line over and over again. I have no explanation 
for this. So far as I can see, the Solariba are okay.
