[ntp:hackers] What happened to "rank".

On the snapshot for 20050418, the rank variable was removed. Does
anybody know why? that variable counts the number of times that
ntpd has used a particular association in the final cluster and/or
choosen it as the system peer. It implemented essentially what Dave
insisted was the best ranking system, namely using ntpd to decide.
Without it, there is no way (save post-processing stats files) to
determine the relative usefulness of servers.
