It stopped working when Dave converted to Adobe GoLive.

And I have no opinion if it will be better to "source" the detail
information for the AutoGen-controlled docs from Dave's pages or to
handle them separately.

The bigger issue will be "formatting tokens" that will be generally
useful.

It would be best if you used the autogen version I have waiting in the
wings if this work is not in ntp-dev by the time you are ready.

That will be OK but not even short-term useful, based on the current
direction.  I'm open to changing that direction if needed, and let's
talk about it on http://ntp.isc.org/bin/view/Dev/GNUAutoGenConversion .

The just-mentioned URL is a good place to do the discussion.

At the moment, we are pretty much all set to use AutoGen for the options
processing, and that gives us basic man pages (and info pages, and
probably several other formats).

We generally do not touch Dave's master copies, and we have no say in
what Dave does there.
