[ntp:hackers] preliminary: not close to flying colors...

So far it looks like FreeBSD has done the right thing on all the
machines I've checked.

I also picked 12 IP#'s from pool.ntp.org to watch and that's a mixed bag.

Two stratum 1's did not announce the leapsecond, but seems to have stepped
their local clock nontheless.

Another stratum 2 was "DCFa" and as expected it flashed the leap bit only
in the last hour before the event.

Almost one hour later, three stratum 3's still show the bit.
