[ntp:hackers] ntp ipv6 windows - does it work ? (sorry but 'hackers' rejected me)

Steve,

It is my policy that no list based on ntp.org has any restrictions 
whatsoever. If through oversight the hackers at ntp.org has such 
restriction, it will be forthright removed.
