Sorry to hear that, and while sending email to the listed "account"
address (webmaster, postmaster, listmaster, ...) is the perferred way
for most things, one can also open a bugzilla item on these issues, as
we have an "infrastructure" product that will track issues that have a
longevity that exceeds what one would normally use for an email thread.
