Steve, regarding the ~/public_html directory: I created one, and yes,
please add it to the list of public user dirs.

The current settings are:

drwxr-sr-x 2 perlinger ntpdev 2 2011-02-07 13:10 public_html/

If this OK (and also if its not) please tell me; I would place the
content there if / when the permissions are OK.

Todd, interesting point. Not necessarily for me, since I'm a registered
committer for the NTP project with a signed agreement, and I have
released my IP rights on ntp-related stuff to the NTP project and
therefore the ISC. And everything I publish in my public HTML folder
shall be governed by the NTP copyright. Third party contribution becomes
more interesting, especially if people are not willing to release their
IP rights to ISC...
