My 2 cents...

The "1.2891" comes from bitkeeper.  It's a sequence number, or UID, or 
something close to that.  It comes from:
  bk -R prs -hr+ -nd:I: ChangeSet > sntp/scm-rev

The "-o" says you built it with the crypto option enablesd  o is for OpenSSL, 
or something like that.

The "(5)" is the sequence number for the number of times you have done an 
edit/build cycle since the last time you did a bk pull or unpacked a tar file.
