This is the mailing list for the NTP Working group. There are
face-to-face
meetings of the WG every quarter at IETF. The last meeting was several
weeks ago at the beginning of March at the IETF meeting in Minnesota,
USA.
The next face-to-face meeting is at the IETF meeting this summer in
Paris which would be much closer for you.

We are awaiting the March meeting minutes from Karen.
