[time] Pre-warning: server upgrade

Yo!

I'll be upgrading the server hardware on Wednesday. The primary nameserver,
the monitoring server, www.pool.ntp.org and the mailing lists will be
offline for most of the afternoon. (the current server is a K6 333MHz with
128M RAM, and this is making itself being felt. Above all, my trust in the
5 years old hard disks is declining rapidly, and I could not afford RAID
when I set up that system...)

There are enough 2nd DNS, so that won't hurt the pool. I can't do anything
about the pool.ntp.org zones not being rotated as long as I'm working on
the server - but I certainly hope those servers in the DNS at that point of
time will be able to cope.

I'll send out a warning to -announce on wednesday morning, too.

And (unrelated) good news: the Internet connection of that server will be
improved in the weeks to come (new: 100M peak bandwidth), so I hope ntp
latency will be improving, too.

cheers
