I'm using GeoCity by MaxMind, which is the best one I could find.
MaxMind is supposed to fall back to the country automatically.

Ok, that's the problem. It didn't find your IP address's location.
However, manually querying MaxMind for 22.214.171.124 or 126.96.36.199
returns "US,WA,Olympia,47.038700,-122.891998" so I guess I have a bug in
my code somewhere...

500 Can't connect to maxmind.com:8010 (connect: timeout)
Duh, I cached that... Shame on me... I removed this cache entry, if you
requery, you should be getting something better.
