[time] changed: monitoring system fail

I can reach the manage page now and then. I have to live with it.
My server was at -26 so it can take a while before it gets back on pool.

Servers are monitored from just one IP, am I right?. What if there is a
problem with monitoring system? Will all servers be taken out of the pool?
