The NTP Public Services Project would be happy to host the NTP Pool
Mailing lists on the NTP Mailing List server (Mailman) at
http://lists.ntp.org/

The NTP (Network Time Protocol) Public Services Project, which is
hosted by Internet Systems Consortium, Inc. (http://www.isc.org/),
is the designated provider of support and additional development
resources for the Reference Implementation of NTP produced by the
NTP Project (http://www.ntp.org/).  These resources include:

    * Community Supported Documentation
    * Issue / Bug Reporting
    * Mailing Lists
    * Public Time Server Lists
    * Reference Implementation Downloads

As such we're the logical home for the NTP Pool Mailing Lists.
