Hi Adrian,

We (Team Cymru) could probably host it if this is still needed.  We
even have a NOC that could respond to emergencies 24x7.

Alternatively, I could host this in a new research center I'm helping
construct at DePaul University.  Plenty of gear, capacity and little
chance of anti-spam measures getting in the way there.  I wouldn't
anticipate any major problems and things tend to run very well there,
but we couldn't expect 24x7 coverage.  Next business day assistance,
primarily by your's truly I suspect, is about the best I could offer.

Just let me know what the requirements are and I'll be happy to help
see this list continue.
