Posting an abstract here and explaining why you're requesting comments and 
what you intend to do with the comments (will there be a revised version of 
the text?) would be helpful.  Starting to read the article, I don't quickly 
see what's the point of the whole text and who's the target group, so I 
stopped reading it.
