There seems to be a consensus that we're happy to take your offer.

Can you create the lists?  There'd be

pool at lists.n.o
pool-dev at lists.n.o
pool-i18n at lists.n.o

I'll make the current subscriber lists and a full mbox archive (I think I 
still have them from the start) available for download, who should I send 
the password & URL to?

Ask: can you make sure the -announce list is no longer mentioned on the web 
site?  It still gets quite a few subscriptions.

I guess I should prepare the subscriber list & archives only immediately 
before we switch, and then I'll immediately disable the old lists.  The 
project has low enough traffic so that a few hours unavailability won't 
hurt.  It's not lkml :-)
