Short answer: in my opinion, don't sweat it.
Long answer:
1) The monitoring server isn't a precision instrument; it is intended to
make sure servers are outputting something resembling an accurate time.
As long as it is within 100 ms, it will be fine. It also doesn't give
peers the full ntpd treatment, so it is quite prone to random (and
not-so-random) network anomalies.
2) Any client NTP configuration worth its salt will have at least three
servers specified, and will see right through a 2 ms offset :-)
For what it's worth, from my end, your offset is well under 1 ms. -rt
