[Pool] Isolated NTP Server vs. Adding Stratum 1 Servers

 Thanks for the tip on (noselect). I narrowed down the correct offset
of my GPS 18x LVC to (time2 0.880). I'm now +/- 0.04 of 0.00 on average
and things are looking good:
