	Agreed.  You do tend to have to get to level 2 or level 3 tech support.

	Imagine the problem I occasionally had when I worked in the 
Operations department at AOL and had to call tech support.  ;(

	This is a universal problem.  Even if the provider has time 
servers, getting the level one tech support people to know about them 
is just impossible.  Don't even try putting that into the scripts 
that they are required to follow.
