Is ntpdate a Resource kit tool?
ntpdate does not work either.

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>ntpdate
'ntpdate' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>ntpdate /?
'ntpdate' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
