I am looking for a solution within Windows, we are trying to keep our
systems as "non 3rd party" as possible.

I have executed in the lab "ntpdate -b IPaddress
The following is the response;
host found : 10.8.34.194
11 Nov 17:45:01 ntpdate[2220]: select(): nfound = 0, error: No error
11 Nov 17:46:01 ntpdate[2220]: select(): nfound = 0, error: No error
11 Nov 17:47:01 ntpdate[2220]: select(): nfound = 0, error: No error
11 Nov 17:48:01 ntpdate[2220]: select(): nfound = 0, error: No error

I would like to thank you guys for helping/responding.

Thanks
