I haven't seen it in the documentation either, but I haven't gone
looking recently.  Seems like a good topic for the FAQ and/or twicki.

I learned about it here.  That was a year or two ago.

The suespammers.org mail server is located in California.  So are all my
other mailboxes.  Please do not send unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited
commercial e-mail to my suespammers.org address or any of my other addresses.
