Dave,

We can do this any time you are ready.

The current docs (modulo any time delay due to my resync efforts) are
already in the bk repo.

A Windows version of BK is available, so your checked out copy would have
DOS EOLs.

One problem is that the NTP docs are just a part of your total HTML page
load.  I'm not sure how to handle this.
