I forgot to mention that I tried some other things including setting
the clock with ntpdate but had some issues.
C:\ntp>ntpdate -d 126.96.36.199
23 Oct 13:24:32 ntpdate: ntpdate 4.2.0 fr Oct 17 8:50:02 2003 (1)
host found : 188.8.131.52
Looking for host 184.108.40.206 and service ntp
23 Oct 13:25:37 ntpdate: select(): nfound = 0, error: No error
23 Oct 13:26:37 ntpdate: select(): nfound = 0, error: No error
23 Oct 13:27:37 ntpdate: select(): nfound = 0, error: No error
23 Oct 13:28:37 ntpdate: select(): nfound = 0, error: No error
It continues to output those lines and eventually errors out saying
"no server suitable for synchronization found"
