The NTS-200 did have a firmware bug that would cause errors after some
date in August.

I was warned about this (around May/June), and told to download/upgrade
the firmware. When that didn't work (because my unit was one of the
initial test units, with firmware level 0.0, they asked me to send it
in, and did a factory replacement instead.

I agree.

Full disclosure: I did take part in the testing of the NTS-200, so I
haven't paid anything for that particular unit. I have however bought
several other units, both from TrueTIme and others.
