I am using the prefer word on the trimble palisade driver. It seems to work
very well. I haven't found anything in the docs that says I shouldn't use
this. However, I am presuming that if the clock failed somehow, then it
would statistically be discounted as explained in "Mitigation Rules and the
prefer Keyword" leaving other sources of time to become the reference.
