This is what I'm observing right now:

ntpq -p -c as swisstime.ethz.ch
     remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset
jitter
==============================================================================
 LOCAL(0)        LOCAL(0)        12 l   48   64  377    0.000    0.000
0.004
+GENERIC(0)      .GPS.            0 l   35   64  377    0.000    0.024
0.069
oPPS(0)          .PPS.            0 l   32   64  377    0.000    0.025
0.076
xntp1.ptb.de     .PTB.            1 u   42   64  377   34.362    2.004

ntptrace swisstime.ethz.ch
swisstime.ethz.ch: stratum 1, offset 0.000025, synch distance 0.002604,
refid 'PPS'

The current results don't look too bad. Did you observe the 6 second offset
after your posting 2 hours ago?

Really strange, indeed.
