[ntp:questions] client doesn't support timzone

  I have a set of switches that can poll time from a NTP server. These
switches don't have the notion of timezone and thus set the time to the
clock receieved from the NTP server which is UTC. Is it possible to
force ntpd to send the time in a specified timezone that isn't UTC?
