It helps to mention the controller you are using.

On Goggle: "PIC16f877 NTP" (without the quotes) produces 91 hits, 
including:

  http://ssro.ee.uec.ac.jp/elecon/elec0101/spec.pdf

which has the title NTP Clock.  It is in Japanese, though.
