This change appeared in ntp-dev-4.2.0b-20051002.tar.gz snapshot under
the following Changelog entry:

| ntpd/ntp_crypto.c
| 1.101 05/10/02 04:08:11 stenn at deacon.udel.edu +114 -94
| fixes, and orphan and expire stuff from Dave Mills

Double checking reality is difficult because the previous 20050926 seems
buggy (assoc flags always zeroed), while 20051002 doesn't compile here
on Woody client (syntax error in stdarg.h). But with 20051014 the effect
of a client symlink is visible in client cryptostats flags: 0x80003 TC
without, or 0x80023 IFF with client symlink.
