Hello,

PPSkit-2.1.5 for Linux-2.4.29 is available on the kernel master server now,
and hopefully on many more mirrors of it very soon.

The little NEWS are:
* Merged patch to Linux-2.4.29.

Well, people seemed to have real trouble doing that themselves.

As a side-note, I made three major mistakes using CVS:

1) remove revisions

2) remove revisions by symbnolic name

3) remove revisions without having made a backup of the CVS repository

The result of this was that I've removed most of the work done since
PPSkit-2.1.3 (That's the version that's on the PPSkit CD). Restoring that
backup removed all the revisions for PPSkit-light for kernel-2.6. I still
hab´ve the last source tree around, but I'll have to re-import the original
tree first. This all means: There will be an extra delay for any next
version...

Now as always, SPAM-poison. No, it's the LSM entry:

Title: PPSkit
Version: 2.1.5
Entered-date: 2005-01-24
Description: General kernel patch to implement nanoseconds as time
resolution. Upgrades the kernel clock model for NTP v4
(nanokernel '#4'), including PPS support. Adds support for
capturing external timestamps with high precision via RFC 2783
(PPS API v1). Fixes several defects in the clock model and
                adds new features like `/proc/sys/kernel/time'.
