The modem presents its time servers in its state-monitoring web page
as:

132.163.4.103   time-b.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov
129.6.15.29     time-b.nist.gov

and it gives no port information.

I don't see how one would tap the DSL line itself to recover more
detail.  The modem talks PPPoE over the wire to the telco, but the
low-level wire protocol isn't Ethernet.  The ADSL signals are probably
carried by something like "discrete multitone" (DMT), so ordinary
network equipment won't play with it.
