RFC 2030 is the present one. If you go to:
http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfcsearch.html
you can search for RFC's. I got the following hits:
RFC 2030, RFC 1361, RFC 1769. RFC 1361 has been obsoleted
by RFC 1769 and RFC 1769 has been obsoleted by RFC 2030.

Incidentally I saw another RFC, just published in May, 2005
RFC 4075: Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) Configuration
Option for DHCPv6 which we know nothing about. I assume that
it was done by the DHCP WG. I need to bring this up in the
NTP WG.
