You have to write the SNMP stuff yourself, i.e. a few lines of perl
processing 'ntpq -c rv -p' output, but otherwise the regular binary can
be used as-is.

The only SNMP-enabled version I've heard about is primarily intended for
refclock-equipped servers, not NT clients.
