Thank you David,

ntpq -p on a client shows:
gentoo ~ # ntpq -pn
remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset
jitter
==============================================================================
 192.168.0.2 212.79.244.34 3 u 18 64 377 0.414 -17958.
5498.97

so it seems that it's workin and maybe i'm stupid but now it works from
a windows client, confusing.
But, like I said a few posts ago, the clock is asynchron everytime i
try syncing manually:
gentoo ~ # ntpdate 192.168.0.2
23 Feb 03:47:37 ntpdate[8585]: step time server 192.168.0.2 offset
-5.963989 sec
gentoo ~ # ntpdate 192.168.0.2
23 Feb 03:47:39 ntpdate[8586]: adjust time server 192.168.0.2 offset
0.219807 sec
gentoo ~ # ntpdate 192.168.0.2
23 Feb 03:48:16 ntpdate[8587]: step time server 192.168.0.2 offset
0.885655 sec
gentoo ~ # ntpdate 192.168.0.2
23 Feb 03:49:21 ntpdate[8588]: step time server 192.168.0.2 offset
1.672005 sec
gentoo ~ # ntpdate 192.168.0.2
23 Feb 03:50:29 ntpdate[8601]: step time server 192.168.0.2 offset
2.501633 sec
gentoo ~ # ntpdate 192.168.0.2
23 Feb 03:51:48 ntpdate[8602]: step time server 192.168.0.2 offset
3.654659 sec

that is'nt normal, is it?

Greetings Tom
