I would write :
"enable stats
statistics clockstats peerstats loopstats rawstats sysstats
statsdir "C:\Program Files\NTP\etc\"

filegen loopstats file loopstats type day enable
filegen sysstats file sysstats type day enable"

With this you will obtain the stat file with an extension  .ddmmyyyy
(or mmddyyyy not sure). You juste need to change your ntp.conf file on
your client... If you want a different extension you will have to
modify the type, you can find more info here :
