[ntp:questions] NTP 4.2.4p2-RC3 Released

Steve,

Not to be too picky about the issue, but I just tried 
http://bugs.ntp.isc.org/527 and got access denied. This is the same 
response I reported previously. I find this a curious response to an 
attempt to simply read a bug report.
