* Fixes for ntpdate:
* ntpdate.c: Under Windows check whether NTP port in use under same conditions
as under other OSs.
* ntpdate.c: Fixed some typos and indents (tabs/spaces).
* Correctly apply negative-sawtooth for oncore 12 channel receiver.
