[ntp:questions] "ntpd -q" is slow compared to ntpdate

Sorry, not very helpful. It is David Mills complaining that ntpdate is hard to
maintain and is flawed, but no indication of what the flaw is and in
particular if that flaw(s) would bother anyone except David.
