Unfortunately, in a Windows house, they are likely to be running 
w32time, and quite likely to have exceeded the maximum allowed root 
dispersion.  w32time, or, more precisely, Microsoft Kerberos, is 
probably the only reason that many businesses have an NTP infrastructure.
