I have the following client/server NTP request.

Network Time Protocol
Flags: 0x24
00.. .... = Leap Indicator: no warning (0)
..10 0... = Version number: NTP Version 4 (4)
.... .100 = Mode: server (4)
Peer Clock Stratum: secondary reference (3)
Peer Polling Interval: 9 (512 sec)
Peer Clock Precision: 0.000001 sec
Root Delay: 0.0129 sec
Root Dispersion: 0.0425 sec
Reference Clock ID: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Reference Clock Update Time: May 16, 2009 05:44:30.0779 UTC
Originate Time Stamp: May 16, 2009 05:50:45.7361 UTC
Receive Time Stamp: May 16, 2009 05:50:45.8788 UTC
Transmit Time Stamp: May 16, 2009 05:50:45.8789 UTC
...and I'm curious about the timestamps. I don't quite understand the
values presented. I've been pouring through the NTPv4 specification,
but it doesn't provide a great deal of explanation.
Thank you,
-Noah
