Synchronization: NTP V3 primary (Brandywine Syncclock32/Oncore GPS)
Access Policy: open access for stratum 2 servers, Compaq, others by arrangement


 Currently, the USNO Washington, DC mean time scale includes
  45 atomic clocks: 12 hydrogen masers,  33 cesiums

Primary Master Clock at the USNO in Washington, DC,
Alternate Master Clock at Schriever Air Force Base near Colorado Springs
 Synchronization to the Washington Master Clock,
  at the nanosecond (billionth of a second) level,
  is achieved via Two Way Satellite Time Transfer.
