[ntp:questions] Trouble with PPS and NTP

Hi. I have a Red Hat distribution running with a PPS Garmin input. The 
NTP server recognizes the Garmin input, but it's not adjusting to it's 
time. I'll post some diagnostic information. Thanks for the help.
